In maart 2024 behaalde Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti een klinkende zege in de 12 Uur van Sebring met de #40 Acura ARX-06, bestuurd door Louis Delétraz, Jordan Taylor en Colton Herta. Na 333 ronden (2.004 km) wist het trio met slechts 0,891 seconde voorsprong op de Cadillac #01 te winnen.
Het team liet zien hoe balans tussen ervaring en jong talent rendeert: Jordan Taylor keerde terug naar het familie-team, Louis Delétraz maakte indruk in zijn eerste volledige IMSA-seizoen en Colton Herta werd ingezet als Endurance-cup specialist.
Tijdens de race wisselden de coureurs strategisch van stuur: Louis startte op P3, Colton en Jordan namen over in de beginfase, maar Delétraz was het die in de laatste uren de beslissende inhaalactie in het GT-verkeer zette en de snelste GTP-ronde noteerde (1:49,497).
De overwinning was de eerste voor Acura met de ARX-06 in Sebring en verstevigde hun positie in het kampioenschap. Het succes werd behaald zonder onnodige risico’s, en vormde een belangrijke mijlpaal voor het merk in de endurance-wereld.
