De Grand Prix van Las Vegas 2025 werd op 22 november verreden over 50 ronden op het Las Vegas Strip Circuit. Startnummer 1 was Max Verstappen in de Red Bull Racing RB21. In de kwalificatie zette Lando Norris de poleposition neer met 1:47,934; Verstappen sloot aan op P2 met 1:48,257, met Carlos Sainz en George Russell daarachter.
De #1 werd aangedreven door de Honda RBPT-aandrijving en het weekend draaide voor Verstappen om tractie uit langzame bochten en een stabiele auto over de hobbels op de Strip. Na de start nam hij de leiding over en koos hij daarna voor controle: geen lange gevechten in verkeer, wel steeds een marge opbouwen richting de pitstopvensters. Op een stratencircuit waar muren dichtbij staan, leverde dat vooral tijdwinst op door weinig fouten en een helder plan in de stints.
Aan de finish stond Verstappen bovenaan met 50 ronden in 1:21:08,429, goed voor 25 punten. Russell werd tweede op 23,546 seconden. Kimi Antonelli finishte als derde; bij hem werd vijf seconden aan de racetijd toegevoegd voor een valse start. Daarachter volgden Charles Leclerc en Carlos Sainz, met Isack Hadjar als zesde. Nico Hülkenberg, Lewis Hamilton, Esteban Ocon en Oliver Bearman maakten de top tien compleet, terwijl Alexander Albon, Gabriel Bortoleto en Lance Stroll voortijdig uitvielen. Verstappen noteerde ook de snelste ronde van de race: 1:33,365 in ronde 50, met een gemiddelde van 239,100 km/h.
De uitslag kreeg na afloop nog een naschrift. Norris en Oscar Piastri werden gediskwalificeerd wegens technische overtredingen; in berichtgeving werd daarbij gewezen op slijtage aan de skid-plank als oorzaak. Voor Verstappen veranderde dat niets aan de zege, maar het schoof wel punten door naar de rest van het veld en gaf de uitslag extra gewicht richting de slotraces van het seizoen.
