In de 24 uur van Le Mans 2025 trad het vrouwelijke Iron Dames-team aan met een Porsche 911 GT3 R in de LMGT3-klasse. Door een blessure van Michelle Gatting werd de line-up gewijzigd: Sarah Bovy verving haar vanaf de vrije trainingen. Ze reed samen met Rahel Frey en debutante Célia Martin in de felgekleurde #85 auto namens Iron Dames en Manthey-Proton.
De racedriehoek combineerde ervaring en nieuw talent. Sarah Bovy (België), met vijf eerdere Le Mans-ervaringen en vaste Iron Dame sinds 2021, nam de rol van ervaren kracht voor haar rekening. Rahel Frey (Zwitserland) bracht meer dan twintig jaar GT-ervaring en meerdere Le Mans-starts mee. De Franse Célia Martin maakte haar Le Mans-debuut en toonde in de openingsstinten sterke prestaties door de auto vanuit de achttiende startpositie richting de top tien te sturen.
De Porsche 911 GT3 R is uitgerust met een 4,2-liter boxermotor (~565 pk), sequentiële zesversnellingsbak en achterwielaandrijving, en voldoet aan de LMGT3-reglementen. De chassisbalans, aerodynamica en betrouwbaarheid gaven de wagen zijn kwaliteiten voor langeafstandsraces.
Tijdens de 24 uur van Le Mans reed het trio foutloos totdat in de laatste negen uur Rahel Frey getroffen werd door een klein contact gevolgd door een versnellingsbakprobleem. Ze herstelden en bleven rijden, maar finishten uiteindelijk als 16de in de klasse, met 334 ronden.
