Spark brengt een schaal 1:43 model van de Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) #23 van Phantom Global Racing, zoals ingezet tijdens de 24 Uur van Spa in 2024. Het Chinese team maakte zijn debuut in deze befaamde langeafstandsrace met technische ondersteuning van Team75 Motorsport, het team van Porsche-legende Timo Bernhard.
De Porsche werd bestuurd door Joel Eriksson (Zweden), Jaxon Evans (Nieuw-Zeeland) en fabrieksrijder Thomas Preining (Oostenrijk), de regerende DTM-kampioen. Hun gecombineerde ervaring vormde een competitief trio voor deze zware uithoudingsproef op het legendarische circuit van Spa-Francorchamps.
In de kwalificaties verzekerde de #23 Porsche zich van de zesde tijd in de Pro Cup-klasse. Na een straf voor een late pitlane-exit in Superpole startte het team vanaf P18. Dankzij constante rondetijden en strategische stops klom de auto op richting de top 15, maar technische problemen met de remmen en een langzaam leeglopende band dwongen hen uiteindelijk tot een 26e plaats, vijf ronden achter de winnaar.
Het model benadrukt het debuut van Phantom Global Racing in een van de zwaarste GT3-races ter wereld. De uitvoering weerspiegelt de inzet van team en rijders, met oog voor livery-details en sponsoruitingen die typerend zijn voor endurance-races als de 24 Uur van Spa.
