De Alpine A424 #35 verscheen op 14–15 juni 2025 aan de start van de 24 Uur van Le Mans in blauw-grijze A-livery, aangedreven door een 3,4 L turbo V6 met hybride steun. Het fabrieksteam, Alpine Endurance Team, behield het trio dat sinds 2024 samenwerkt: de ervaren Fransman Paul-Loup Chatin (°1991), de jongere Charles Milesi (°2001) en de Oostenrijker Ferdinand Habsburg (°1999).
In de vrije trainingen zette de #35 regelmatig rondetijden in de top-12, maar kwalificatie leverde slechts de twaalfde startplaats op. Tijdens de race kende het drietal een consistente performance, ondanks een drive-through voor contact en een moment in de pitstraat. Bij het ingrijpen van de enige safety-car reed het team strategisch, maar nachtelijke fase bleef vrij rustig.
Na acht uur lagen Chatin, Habsburg en Milesi op de 17de positie. Na 24 uur werd een tiende plaats behaald: een solide resultaat in een veld met veertien Hypercars. Een jaar eerder was hun debuterace, nu tonen ze progressie en betrouwbaarheid. Alpine noteerde twee auto’s in de top-11, #35 werd tiende, #36 elfde.
De combinatie van ervaring, opbouwend vertrouwen en technische evolutie van de A424 leverde een resultaat binnen de top-10. Paul-Loup Chatin en teamgenoot Habsburg noemden de finish positief, met de kanttekening dat snelheid nog ontbreekt. Charles Milesi vulde aan dat het team valide leerpunten heeft verzameld voor 2026.
