De Mercedes-AMG F1 W15 E Performance #44 werd in 2024 ingezet door het Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team tijdens het Formule 1-seizoen. Lewis Hamilton bestuurde deze auto in zijn laatste jaar bij het team voordat hij overstapte naar Ferrari. De W15 volgde op een reeks uitdagende seizoenen voor Mercedes en was voorzien van een herziene aerodynamica en verbeterde balans ten opzichte van zijn voorganger.
De auto werd aangedreven door de Mercedes-AMG F1 M14 E Performance-krachtbron, een hybride V6-turbomotor met geïntegreerde MGU-K en MGU-H systemen. De motor leverde naar schatting meer dan 1000 pk in combinatie met het elektrische boost-systeem. Het chassis was een koolstofvezel monocoque, voorzien van geavanceerde ophanging en een aeropakket dat was geoptimaliseerd voor meer downforce.
Tijdens het seizoen 2024 behaalde Hamilton verschillende top-tien finishes, maar een overwinning bleef uit. Hoogtepunten waren onder andere de kwalificatie op de eerste rij in Hongarije en competitieve optredens op stratencircuits zoals Monaco en Singapore. Het team werkte intensief aan updates gedurende het jaar, met zichtbare wijzigingen aan de sidepods en vloer.
