In de 24 Uren van Le Mans 2025 nam AF Corse met startnummer 21 deel met de nieuwe Ferrari 296 LMGT3. Onder de noemer Vista AF Corse werd het voertuig gereden door het trio Alessio Rovera, Simon Mann en François Hériau. De Ferrari kwalificeerde zich sterk: Rovera zette de tweede tijd neer in Hyperpole 2, waardoor de #21 op de eerste startrij stond bij de start in juni 2025.
Alessio Rovera (°22 juni 1995) is een Italiaanse constructeur- en factorycoureur met een indrukwekkende palmares in GT en endurance. Hij won o.a. in Pro-Am klasse van de FIA WEC, is factory driver bij Ferrari en boekte in 2025 podiumresultaten met de 296 LMGT3. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor de kwalificatieprestatie van de wagen, met name de 3’53”085 in Hyperpole 2, goed voor de tweede startpositie.
Simon Mann (°10 februari 2001) is een Brits-Amerikaanse rijder die sinds 2021 voor Vista AF Corse uitkomt in de FIA WEC. Hij won twee keer de Italiaanse GT-kampioenschappen (Sprint en Endurance) en droeg bij aan de kwalificatie in Hyperpole 1. François Hériau is een Franse GT-specialist, actief in de WEC en mede-verantwoordelijk voor de inbreng van de wagen in de LMGT3-klasse tijdens de lange race, inclusief deelname aan de voorkwalificatie die toegang gaf tot Hyperpole 2.
De #21 Ferrari behaalde uiteindelijk de tweede plek in de LMGT3-klasse na een consistente race waarin het team “rustig maar efficiënt” opereerde, met een strategisch verantwoorde ritverdeling tussen de drie coureurs.
