De Ferrari 499P met startnummer 51, ingezet door het fabrieksteam Ferrari AF Corse, eindigde tijdens de 24 Uur van Le Mans 2025 op de derde plaats in het algemeen klassement. De wagen werd bestuurd door Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado en Antonio Giovinazzi. Na 387 ronden finishte de #51 op slechts 36 seconden achter de winnende zusterwagen.
De openingsfase van de race verliep sterk voor de #51, die lange tijd deel uitmaakte van de kopgroep. Tijdens de nacht wisselde de wagen meermaals van positie met de #83 en de #7 Toyota. In de sloturen volgde een intens duel, maar ondanks constant tempo en minimale fouten bleef de derde plaats het hoogst haalbare.
De Ferrari 499P beschikt over een hybride aandrijflijn met een 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbo verbrandingsmotor en een elektrische vooras. De balans tussen acceleratie, regeneratie en aerodynamische efficiëntie bleek opnieuw toonaangevend in het Hypercar-veld.
Looksmart brengt een 1/43 schaalmodel uit van deze wagen in de kenmerkende rode kleur, inclusief startnummer 51, sponsorlogo's en technische details. Het model sluit nauw aan bij de configuratie waarmee de auto de race reed.
Na afloop van de race werd de #50 Ferrari wegens een technische overtreding uit de uitslag geschrapt. Daardoor schoof de #51 definitief op naar de derde plaats, waarmee Ferrari toch nog twee auto's op het podium eindigen.
