You contact us and indicate that you want to return one or more items of a shipment to us. This can be done by phone at ++31 (0) 64 243 7432 or by email at info@curbstone-models.com. Indicates whether you want a replacement item, or just your money back.
We will provide you with a return address where you can send your shipment, the cost for this return shipment are yours, after we receive you parcel and have checked that the return items are complete and in good condition, we will refund you your invoice amount.
We will provide you with a €10,- return shipment compensation by means of a discount-code that can be used with you next order from us.
