De Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992) met startnummer 11 reed in de Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup 2025 voor Schumacher CLRT, met Alessandro Ghiretti als vaste coureur. Het seizoen telde acht races als supportserie van de Formule 1, van Imola tot Monza. Ghiretti bouwde zijn campagne rond constante puntenfinishes en won in 2025 meerdere races, waardoor hij uiteindelijk ook de titel veiligstelde in de seizoensfinale op Monza.
Technisch is de Supercup-auto een 911 GT3 Cup van de 992-generatie met een watergekoelde 4,0-liter zescilinder boxer. Het maximumvermogen ligt op 375 kW (510 PS) bij 8.400 tpm en het maximumkoppel op 470 Nm bij 6.150 tpm. In combinatie met de sequentiële transmissie en de vaste Cup-specificatie ligt de nadruk op remstabiliteit, bandenmanagement en het behouden van snelheid door snelle richtingswissels, eerder dan op vrije ontwikkelingsruimte.
De #11 liet in 2025 vooral zien hoe belangrijk kwalificatie en ritme zijn in een veld met technisch gelijke auto’s. Op circuits als Barcelona, Spa en Zandvoort kwam het aan op een foutloze eerste ronde en het verdedigen van positie, omdat inhalen vaak tijd kost en de marge klein is. In Monza werd de titel beslist met een tweede plaats in de race, voldoende om de kampioensstand definitief naar zijn hand te zetten.
