De Spark Models 1/43-uitvoering van de BMW M3 E30 die de 24 Uur van Nürburgring 1989 won, verschijnt in het vierde kwartaal van 2025. Het model beeldt de wagen af met startnummer 35 in de kleuren van BMW M Team Schnitzer, inclusief sponsorlogo’s en detailrijke uitvoering volgens het origineel dat 17–18 juni 1989 de race op de Nordschleife won.

Het winnende trio bestond uit Roberto Ravaglia, Emanuele Pirro en Fabien Giroix, rijders met bewezen kwaliteiten. Ravaglia was in 1989 DTM-kampioen en winnaar van de 24 Uur Nürburgring. Pirro was actief in Formule 1 en succesvol in sportwagens, terwijl Giroix race-ervaring verzamelde in GT- en prototypeklassen. Samen legden ze 143 ronden af met een gemiddelde snelheid van circa 151 km/u.

BMW M3 E30 werd aangedreven door een 2,3-liter viercilinder en reed in Groep A-specificatie met lichtgewicht carrosserie en grote achtervleugel. Het chassis had onafhankelijke vierwielophanging en beperkte aerodynamica aangepast voor langeafstandsracen. De auto werd ingezet door het Schnitzer-team, dat ook de DTM domineerde.
