De helm van Liam Lawson tijdens de Grand Prix van Singapore 2025 trok aandacht door zijn opvallende kleuren en uitgebreide sponsoraccenten. De helm, geproduceerd door Bell, combineerde het traditionele Red Bull-design met persoonlijke elementen die verwijzen naar Lawsons Nieuw-Zeelandse afkomst. De basis bestond uit een mix van donkerblauw en felroze, met dynamische lichtblauwe patronen over de zijkanten. De bovenkant was voorzien van het kenmerkende Red Bull-logo, omlijst door een witte rand met het opschrift van zijn vaste partners Hugo en Maybank.
Het vizier had een transparante coating met antireflectielaag, aangepast voor de nachtrace onder kunstlicht. Aan de voorzijde stonden de logo’s van Mobil 1 en Zuru, terwijl de achterzijde een witte wolkvorm bevatte met de tekst “Dream. Work. Achieve.” – een persoonlijke toevoeging die Lawson sinds zijn Formule 2-periode gebruikt. De helm werd afgewerkt met kleine zilveren details rond de luchtinlaten en een zwart viziermechanisme met geïntegreerde tear-off strips.
De Bell GP-7A-helm voldeed aan de FIA 8860-2018 veiligheidsnorm en was voorzien van een HANS-bevestiging en verbeterde ventilatieopeningen. In de vochtige omstandigheden van Singapore was dat van belang om oververhitting in de cockpit te voorkomen. De helm bood daarnaast een breder gezichtsveld, een belangrijk voordeel in de smalle en verlichte straten van Marina Bay.
Lawson gebruikte dit ontwerp exclusief voor de Aziatische races van het seizoen, als eerbetoon aan zijn eerste Formule 1-punten die hij in Singapore behaalde. De helm werd na het weekend opgenomen in de Red Bull Racing-collectie als onderdeel van de reeks speciale nachtrace-uitvoeringen.
