De Porsche 911 GT3 Cup met startnummer 99 werd in 2025 kampioensauto in de Porsche Carrera Cup France. De titel werd beslist in het slotweekend op Circuit Paul Ricard (5 oktober), na een seizoen dat begon in Barcelona op 4 april. De #99 werd naar het kampioenschap gereden door Marcus Amand, ingeschreven onder Schumacher CLRT (Côme Ledogar Racing Team Schumacher).
De 911 GT3 Cup (Type 992) is in deze klasse een vaste basis, met een 4,0-liter zescilinder boxer zonder turbo die 375 kW (510 pk) levert, gekoppeld aan een sequentiële zesversnellingsbak. Het concept is gericht op constante prestaties, rem- en bandenspreiding en voorspelbare balans over twee sprintraces per weekend, waardoor afstelling en foutloze uitvoering vaak zwaarder wegen dan één snelle ronde.
In de titelstrijd ging het richting Le Castellet om details. Amand pakte in het weekend belangrijke punten in kwalificatie en race, en stelde het kampioenschap veilig door in de tweede race van het slotweekend zijn derde overwinning van het seizoen te pakken. Het verloop van dat finaleweekend liet ook de dynamiek van de Cup zien: duels in de kopgroep, kleine contacten met gevolgen voor de uitslag en beslissingen die pas vallen wanneer de #99 het tempo kan controleren zonder onnodige risico’s.
